Receiver for switching turnouts, signals and uncoupler rails. The m 83 supports the Motorola, DCC and mfx digital formats. The digital address can be set via coding switch or via the programming rail in 4 steps. The address range is available in Motorola format up to address 320 and in DCC format up to address 2040. The m 83 has 8 outputs, each of which can be controlled separately or in pairs. Up to 4 turnouts can be switched as standard. Other functions include the switching of up to 8 (dimmable) lights with a defined switch-on behavior (e.g. street lights, house lights). An external power supply, e.g. via 66360, can only be established in connection with 60822. The m 83 and m 84 decoders can be connected as desired. For motor drives, an additional set 60821 is required per output pair. The connection is made via elevator terminals. The maximum current carrying capacity is 3A.
